This three-hour class will go in depth into pressure canning. Low Acid Vegetables, Meats & Soups/Sauces.  We will be covering all of the major groups that can be pressure canned safely and how to determine canning times.

  • Preparing meat for canning

  • Jar preparation for pressure canning

  • Pressure canning process: venting and pressure generation

  • How to store your canned products

 

The minimum number of students required is 2 for the class to be held.
